Swimming
Wake up, today you have to go, feeling excited, want it being there already, have to wait a couple of hours, the desire and anxiety, need to go trough the housework from today, you don't have any plans or goals for today, just going swimming, that is the goal, feeling wet, weighting less, you can already smell the bleach.
Time is up, prepare your stuff, pick up your glasses, cap and short, you are excited and happy, feeling this makes me alive, now you take the car, drive as fast as you can, you think: i will do this and that today but deep inside you know you will make just a few of them, no matter that is progress, keeping it up.
You made it, you parked and already there, you heat your quadriceps first, you are on it, say hi to everyone because this is the moment when we are very happy and you can achieve anything you want, procrastination is not a pain the back anymore, or just for 1h, you change, you want to jump on it you cannot, no problem I will go by the stairs, you smile and start feeling on heaven, you weight less, you can run, jump, slower but at least I can, forget all your problems when you focus and start swimming, think: I want to stay forever in here, ¿what if we handicap people create a sea society? it will be a perfect world, you can swim if you want to go somewhere, only depends on you.
Classes start, do this and that, now this and those, no matter, you will swim free style in a few. Feeling your body under water is like being in total peace, nothing can hurt you, this water in your pores is your defense and shield against your illness and problems, nothing can hurt me anymare, i am happy, this is living, if times are hard I will cope because i've got high hopes.
Now, you can do it better, you can go fast and get well, just keep it up, do not stop, focus on your training, do not abuse yourself, think: we can do this and that, life is like swimming. Need to meet people who swims as me, where to find them, we will see.
Class is about to finish, damn it, no matter Thursday, we will have the same feeling, 2 days aren't enough, we need 3 times per week. I need a video swimming, doing it is not enough, the world needs to see this, one of these days.
